ENOUGH SLEEP – Sleeping also plays an important role in weight maintenance. Lack of sleep increases ghrelin levels in your body

NO SUGAR – Always try to say no to artificial sugar if you want to maintain your weight. This increases your appetite

LIVE STRESS-FREE – Try to stay stress-free. It may not help you maintain weight.
